For over 15 years, I've worked behind the scenes in business, artist management, ministry leadership, and operations consulting. I've seen what happens when visionary leaders have big ideas but no operational structure to support them. They burn out. They plateau. They stay stuck in the day-to-day instead of leading.

My heart for structure in business is rooted in my belief that when leaders are supported well, they can serve others from overflow instead of exhaustion. I also love to read books and watch documentaries.
